- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, with a broken safety seal, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — you won't need to return the item.
Returns & our 30-day promise
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Because shilajit is a consumable product, for hygiene and safety reasons we can only accept returns of unopened jars with the safety seal intact for a full refund of the product price.
For opened jars, please reach out — we review every request individually and will do our best to make it right.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the credit.
