Using shilajit
Use a pea-sized serving, approximately 200 mg, once daily. Dissolve it in warm water or milk and consume immediately. Read the product warning before use.
Many people prefer the morning, with or before breakfast. There is no single correct time — consistency matters more than timing.

Purified resin is very stable when stored sealed in a cool, dry place, but always follow the best-before date printed on your jar. Use a clean, dry spoon to keep moisture out.
Fulvic acid results depend heavily on the testing method, and there is no single industry standard, so we do not advertise inflated headline percentages. Composition data for each batch is provided on its certificate of analysis.
